“We loved the course and looked forward to every session with Nina. The course gave us the courage to change our preferred birth place to a local MLU instead of a hospital. It was more personal coaching than I expected. covering more elements of becoming a parent and the birth. Now feeling much more confident with everything and in a very positive frame of mind. We haven’t let any negative thoughts present themselves to us at all.”

“You can find good information about babies and birth in many places, but hypnobirthing is the only thing I know that actually makes a difference to your experience of giving birth.” - Katharine Graves, founder of KGHypnobirthing
“Giving birth to our daughter was a beautiful, natural and memorable experience thanks to attending your fantastic KG Hypnobirthing course” - Aisha, Mother
“The thing about Hypnobirthing is that it works” - Chris, Father
What does the course offer?
“We had attended other courses addressing birth-related topics before (spinning babies, workshops) and were due to start the NCT one, so in terms of general knowledge we already knew a bit. What drove us to KG hypnobirthing was the possibility of using the technique for pain control not only during childbirth, but before, as a means to obtain some control of back pain caused by a herniated disc.
The fact that the course is focussed on hypnobirthing but addresses all birth-related topic was a happy surprise— thankfully the back pain is now controlled, but hypnobirthing opened up our minds to a home birth (which we are now strongly considering), increased our confidence in ourselves and equipped us with the means to make more informed choices.”

Who will run the course?
My name is Nina and I am a passionate, experienced midwife and the mother of two babies born using hypnobirthing techniques.
When I was pregnant with my first child I was drawn to hypnobirthing because, as a midwife, I needed to quiet my mind, leave my inner midwife outside the door and just be able to concentrate on having a baby. This has worked well for my family for both of my birthing experiences and I am so excited to be offering this to other families.
I have been privileged to witness the power and majesty of physiological birth and know the importance of a positive and empowering experience of birth for the entire family.
I have seen hypnobirthing work extraordinarily well for families both in the hospital and the community and am passionate about making this excellent resource available to as many families as possible.
I am an expert in normal birth, an absolute birth geek and an advocate for families.
Your birth is unique to you. You could not have a better preparation for making optimal choices and planning for a calm and confident experience for the whole birthing family than a KGH course.
